Here are the steps to register as a Modicare Consultant -

  • Login to uk.modicare.com and choose option ‘Join Us’ from the top Menu Bar – this will lead you to the Registration page ‘Become a consultant’.
  • As per policy, one requires to fill up Sponsor (existing consultant) MCA number, choose from whether you have Sponsor MCA number or not and fill requisite information.
  • Select the Registration Type (Individual or an Entity- Partnership or Company) & ‘Proceed to Next’
  • Accept the tick box of minimum age of joining 18 years or above and fill up the credentials in the form and click on ‘Proceed to Next’. –
    • Personal Details and Shipment Address
    • Providing a unique email id and phone number is mandatory
    • Filling up VAT is optional at the time of joining; you may complete this information after Registration
  • Accept the Terms and Conditions of Consultant Agreement, Sign the Application digitally on this page & Proceed to Next to purchase the Starter Kit
  • New Joiner will receive an acknowledgement email carrying the MCA number, password and contract of joining with Modicare UK on the registered email address.
  • New joiner is now ready to start Modicare business activities

A Modicare Consultant can login to the website – uk.modicare.com using the MCA number and password received on registered email address that is issued at the time of registration.

Please follow the process below –

  • Login to the website uk.modicare.com
  • Go to Profile
  • Select ‘Email or Mobile’
  • Submit new email/mobile.

There will be an OTP sent on the registered phone number if email is requested for change; similarly, OTP will be sent on registered email address if phone is requested for change.

  • On Sign in page click on Forgot Password
  • Follow the instructions to receive new password on the registered email address.

Bonus would be transferred through Bank Transfer by 4th of the subsequent month of closing. To receive the bonus through Bank Transfer, Modicare will use the bank details of the Modicare consultant in Modicare’s records as at the 25th of the month. Any new bank records or change to such bank records (if any) already supplied by the Consultant must be submitted on or before 25th of the month.

The minimum amount for bonus payment is twenty-five pounds £25. Bonuses in an amount less than twenty-five pounds (£25) for a payment period will get accumulated and be paid when the accumulated amount equals or exceeds twenty five pounds (£25), to the Bank details held by Modicare on the 25th of the month.

Bonus would be released to the consultant through Bank Transfer provided the bonus amount in a payment period is minimum twenty-five pounds (£25) and Modicare has the Bank details in its records. In the scenario, where bonus amount is less than twenty-five pounds (£25) or the details are not available for Bank transfer, Modicare will recognise the bonus amount for Store Credit (Bonus Wallet), through which the Consultant may use the amount for purchase of Modicare Products.

No, the consultant has the option to either use the amount for purchase of Modicare products or alternatively retain till the criteria of receiving bonus is fulfilled.

Order

As a Modicare Consultant you can purchase Modicare products through Modicare website or Modicare office. Please visit Modicare website uk.modicare.com for more details

  • Delivery Fees UK :£6.99 (orders up to £149.99).
  • Free delivery (orders from £150 and above).
  • Currently product deliveries will be available for the United Kingdom only.

Usually, the order will be delivered within 5 working days.

There will be no deliveries on Bank Holidays and other statutory Holidays.

The Consultant is advised to check the following details-

1. That the shipper box is properly wrapped/taped

2. If not, then consultant must mandatorily mention the condition of the box on the proof of delivery (POD)

3. After unboxing, if any product is found to be short/damaged, a complaint should be registered within 48 working hours of the product receipt through an email on support-uk@modi-ent.com .

In case of receipt of damaged product, consultant should report the same within 48 working hours by sending the email at support-uk@modi-ent.com. It is advised to share the following details within the email to ensure the correct evaluation-

1. MCA Number

2. Order Number/Invoice Number

3. Image of the Damaged carton/product

4. Product Code/Qty

The Company will evaluate the accuracy of the damaged Product report and if the product is found as damaged, the Company will issue a replacement product.

In case of receipt of any short product, consultant is advised to report the short shipment within 48 working hours of the product receipt with details through an email on support-uk@modi-ent.com.

A unique Service Request (SR) number would be generated, and our team will check and reply within 72 working hours to provide you a resolution.

It is advised to share the following details within the email to ensure the correct evaluation

1. MCA Number

2. Order Number/Invoice Number

3. Short Product Code/Qty

If a consultant receives wrong order/Product, Consultant should immediately inform with details Modicare through an email on support-uk@modi-ent.com.

A unique Service request number would be generated, and our team will check and reply within 72 working hours to provide you a resolution.

Order can be cancelled only if it is not dispatched from Warehouse. The consultant must submit a filled & signed Order Cancellation Form (available under Form Centre on website uk.modicare.com) along with ID proof and send it on support-uk@modi-ent.com

Returns

Consultant willing to return a Product can write to Modicare and share details of products for return while providing the MCA number and Order number. The support team will verify the list as per the Return Policy and guide you further through the process.

Upon receiving the returned products and after verification, you will be credited the amount which will take up to 15 working days. The amount will be issued in the original payment method.

Policies and Procedures

The Policies & Procedures as established by Modicare define certain principles of conduct and procedures to be followed by every registered consultant. Modicare and consultants have a contractual relationship and these Policies & Procedures form part of that contract. The Policies & Procedures is liable to be changed from time to time, and the revised versions will become part of each Consultant’s contract with Modicare. Consultant is encouraged to keep the Policies & Procedures under review, especially when Modicare gives notice of any changes.

A consultant has to maintain the highest level of professional conduct at all times. If they fail to do so, Modicare has the right to take corrective actions.

  • While registering the consultant at the MSC, Consultant Application Form (CAF) incorporates the Policies & Procedures as part of the terms and conditions of the Consultant’s appointment
